Hi! I’m Anna
I’m a designer based in Washington, DC, with a background that bridges creativity, empathy, and systems thinking. I’m passionate about taking complex problems and turning them into intuitive, visually beautiful interface designs.
My path into UX/UI wasn’t linear, but it’s always been rooted in curiosity and connection. I studied philosophy and studio art at Drew University, where I learned how to ask good questions and explore ideas through both logic and visual expression.
After college, I taught yoga to children and later worked in admissions at a boarding school, where I helped build a virtual visit center during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. That project sparked my interest in design—how the right interface could make a process feel warm, accessible, and human.
Since then, I’ve worked in client success and ESG consulting for tech and sustainability companies, always focused on clarity, storytelling, and helping people navigate systems with ease. I completed an intensive UX/UI bootcamp through Designlab and have continued to find ways to bring design thinking into everything I do—whether that’s building internal enablement tools or leading DEI-focused initiatives at work.
My yoga background keeps me grounded, and my love of design keeps me curious. I’m excited by tools that make people’s lives easier and more joyful—and I’m always looking for new ways to contribute to that kind of work.
